The planning was superb! All details were expertly described in the provided itinerary and easily followed. We just got back from a wonderful trip touring Germany. Zicasso's travel expert did a great job planning out our trip and everything went well, as planned. He was quick and efficient in planning our trip, listened to our wants and needs, and got us what we wanted in the budget that we indicated.
Months after all was planned, the airline changed its schedule and we had to move all hotels and tours to a different date. Our agent took care of everything for us and didn't charge anything extra for all the hassle he had to go through. I really appreciated that he put the clients interest first and just handled it like a professional, since the change wasn't our fault.
Every tour guide and driver showed up on time or even early, and we didn't have any problems during our trip. I highly recommend this travel company and tour agent if you are looking to visit Germany or the surrounding countries.
