Luxury Switzerland Trip Review: Lucerne, Interlaken, Zermatt, Zurich, Boat Ride to Mount Pilatus, Chocolate Making Tour
This travel team designed and executed a wonderful trip to Switzerland for us.  Defined as a best of Switzerland on 6-Days, we went from Lucerne to Interlaken to Zermatt and back to Zurich.  They scheduled a tour of Mt. Pilatus via a boat ride on Lake Lucerne, a tour and cholocate making session at a local store in Lucerne, a trip to Jungfraujoch in Interlaken and a visit to the Matterhorn in Zermatt. Everyone we dealt with from this travel team was polite and professional, responding promptly to any questions or concerns we expressed.  We were extremely pleased with the accommodations and restaurants they recommended.  The hotels were lovely and top notch.  Rooms were well located with beautiful views of the countryside. Their attention to detail in conveying all transportation specifics was greatly appreciated as there were many train transfers required for this trip and we don't use public transportation in our part of the U.S.  They made it fool-proof for us.We wouldn't hesitate to use this team again and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to plan a trip.

Luxury Switzerland & Italy Vacation Review: Lucerne, Mürren, Montreux, Lake Como, Milan, Winery Visit, Cruise, 2-Week Trip

This travel company planned an excellent trip for our party of four to Lucerne, Mürren, and Montreux, Switzerland, and then a finale to Lake Como and Milan. We can’t say enough about the accommodations that were chosen for us. Stunning water and Mountain views. Locations were excellent.

We were given excellent guidance for tipping, packing, and all things travel. Dev and her team were available at all times to guide us through any unexpected or uncomfortable situation. Some favorite excursions were a charming visit to a family owned winery in Montreux for a tasting including fondue in a stone cottage with a wood fire. Also the cruise on Lake Como in a beautiful wood boat with a glass of wine. Stunning.Truly a trip of a lifetime!

Luxury Switzerland Vacation Review: Lucerne, Grindelwald, Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Zermatt, Montreux, Geneva
I had an amazing experience in Switzerland thanks to my travel agency, who put together my itinerary. I was able to visit many stunning locations in ten days. The itinerary was detailed and accurate. We used the train for transportation and the timing and for each train was listed and precise, therefore no time was wasted. We started in Lucerne, and then to Grindelwald, Interlaken, and Lauterbrunnen. Then we went to Zermatt, Montreux, and finally, Geneva. We enjoyed every city and we were able to visit all of the attractions and activities, which made the trip enjoyable to my 17 and 10 year old. I can not thank our travel company enough! They answered all of my questions almost immediately and booked dinners for us at the most exquisite restaurants. When I forgot my purse on the train they helped me by calling the train station and filing a report. I returned to the US, and when I received an email that my purse was found they continued to help me by contacting the Lost and Found Service so that they can mail it home. I highly recommend this travel agency. It truly is the best travel company I have ever dealt with!

Switzerland Travel Agent Review: Zermatt, Interlaken, Gornergrat Ridge, Schilthorn, Mount Pilatus, Chocolate Train
Trip was fantastic and very well organized!! Great hotels and food experiences!!Only 3 minor comments:1. Hotel in Lausanne was convenient and had a great breakfast, but was dated. 2. More information was needed to get to the restaurant in Zermatt. Was very difficult for our older travel companions to get to. We would have probably declined the restaurant if we knew about the 30 minute hike on a rocky dirt trail. Also funicular closed at 5:10 and we were stuck having to walk down the hill. 3. Would not get advance tickets for the mountain areas again due to weather. The visibility at Jungfraujoch was maybe 50 feet and not worth $200+.

Travel Review: Switzerland Tour, Zermatt, Bern, Grindelwald, Saint Moritz, Montreux, Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, 5 Lakes Walk
The trip went very well.  Our travel specialist did a tremendous job putting together the logistics and time tables for the trip. The Hotel in Saint Moritz was a nice Hotel and room was upgraded to a more spacious roomThe Hotel in Zermatt was exceptional.  Perfect location, great rooms, nice upgrade to a two bedroom suite.  The staff and service was also exceptional. The Hotel in Montreux was a very nice hotel but was too far away from the town of Montreux.  The Hotel in Grindelwald was a very nice Hotel also very good location.  Restaurant was very good. The Hotel in Bern provided a room that was not large enough for 3 people.  I asked for an upgrade and was told that the room we were in was the best room they had.The thing I would like to compliment the most was our travel specialist's attention to detail, and specifics with train schedules and directions.  The main reason I had sought help on the trip was to make sure that the connections and transportation to each of the attractions went smoothly.  Our travel specialist, you did not disappoint..  Your suggested train times, directions for connections, and descriptions were of extreme value in making the trip go very smoothly.

Switzerland, Italy Travel Review: Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen Valley, Zermatt, Lucerne, Lake Como, Milan, Private Tours, Art, Scenery, 10 Days

Wow! I cannot recommend this company enough for your international trips. We were blown away by the quick response times when planning, the detailed itineraries, and their ability to make our dream trip become a reality. We started planning late, and they were still able to create and book our dream trip in less than two months!

We knew we wanted to go to Switzerland and northern Italy, but honestly weren't sure what areas to visit or what activities to do. Our travel agent, through Zicasso, created a dream 10-day itinerary for us, starting in Zurich, then traveling to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen Valley, Zermatt, Lucerne, Lake Como, and ending in Milan.

They gave us options of activities to do in those cities, with detailed descriptions and recommendations. We chose a lot of mountain expeditions, which we were well pleased with. They provided other suggestions for things to do in the areas we visited and even provided restaurant recommendations. We were so impressed by how quickly they adjusted the itinerary if we requested a change, and they were so accommodating.

They were able to book us a private guided tour of The Last Supper painting in Milan, which was a highlight of the trip! We loved every activity planned and had our tickets sent to us ahead of time to print out or download, which made everything so easy. The detailed itinerary had maps, photos of buildings, walking routes, etc, and was so easy to navigate. We had the smoothest trip because of that detailed itinerary. The trip planner reached out to us several times while we were abroad just to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly.

The hotels were also amazing! Every single one had an amazing breakfast and a beautiful view. We were upgraded twice! They only use four- or five-star hotels, and I think that is a huge bonus. We were so happy with our hotels and hotel rooms. We were also incredibly happy with the price of the trip and the ease of booking and payment.

Overall, I have been telling everyone to use this company for their trips and we will definitely be using Zicasso again! Thank you, Zicasso, for the trip of a lifetime!
