The trip was 5 star in every way. All of the drivers were on time at the airports, train stations and hotels. The accommodations were all wonderful and centrally located. The tour guides in every city were superb. The itinerary was 2 days in Barcelona where we enjoyed a tour of the city by bicycle and a wonderful tapas class, a high speed train to Sevilla where we stayed for 2 days and picked up a car. We drove all through Andalucia visiting Ronda, Granada(Alhambra) and the beach town of Nerja. We dropped the car off in Malaga and took the train back to Madrid where we spent a day in Toledo and closed with dinner and the finest Flamenco show in all of Spain. Our travel representative prepared a wonderful journey for my wife and me. I would recommend this travel agency with a grade of A+............Harold S

We visited Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid, Sevilla, Granada and Toledo.
Our travel agency took care of making hotel reservations and providing us with guides for our tour.
All hotel reservations were fine, good, clean hotels great breakfast included.
Our guides were experts, very knowledgeable, nice and polite.
Our travel agency got us tickets for a soccer game in Barcelona and a bullfight in Madrid, good accommodations.
Only in one occasion, in Sevilla, we could not meet with our guide and had to go by our selves.
When visiting the Alhambra, in Granada, at the end of the visit we couldn't find where our bus was and had to take a taxi. The guide did not return with us.
In general, our travel agency's services were very good, they made our visit very enjoyable and would recommend them to any body willing to visit Spain.

Spain was a "trip of a lifetime" for me; one I've wanted to go on for over 50 years! So a dream that was a long-time coming. But it met my expectations.
My contact through Zicasso was this travel agent and her company. We had a couple mishaps (missed/miscommunicated train connections; a Tapas Tour/Flamenco Show in Seville that was misbooked--by the provider, not by our agent.) But our agent made it 'Right' by reimbursing us appropriately and providing us with a Tapas Tour/Flamenco Show in Granada that exceeded ALL our expectations and was probably a LOT better than the one we missed in Seville!
All the hotels (mostly 4*, one that was 3*) that she arranged were exceptional boutique hotels that were in perfect locations and provided us with memories that will last a lifetime.
The tours that she arranged ranged from 5* (on a 1-5 scale with 5 being exceptionally good) to 4*. The 5* tours were the tour guide in Toledo (SO good and accommodative--really exceptional), the Triana Mercado Tour and Cooking Class in Seville (the absolute highlight of our Seville stay and probably the highlight of the trip for my grandson), the Cordoba Tour (again, extremely good with a very knowledgeable guide), the Granada Tapas Tour and Flamenco Show guide who took us places we would never have found on our own and--for the tapas--we revisited later during our trip because they were so enjoyable and a great value, and finally the Alhambra Tour, again with a very knowledgeable, eager to please guide.
I would definitely use Zicasso and this travel agent again.

From start to finish, we were extremely happy with all the services and communication provided by Zicasso’s tour operator. They helped us create a perfect itinerary and made sure we had continuous communication through WhatsApp during our travels. I have used Zicasso twice before for trips to Southeast Asia and Italy, and both experiences were excellent. This was also the case for our Spain trip, showing that pretty much anywhere in the world, you are put in touch with reputable travel agencies that will provide exceptional service. Our travel agent was always responsive, professional, and very committed to helping us with every aspect of our trip.
Our tour included Madrid, Granada, Sevilla, and Barcelona, with several special tours, meals, and events in each place. While in Madrid, we took a day trip to Toledo and also saw a flamenco show with dinner. We had plenty of time to tour the famous sites in Madrid, eat tapas, and do some shopping. The hotel was excellent! We decided to upgrade for a fee when we arrived to have early access to the room, and it was worth every penny. We enjoyed all of the hotels that were selected for us on this trip.
Moving between cities by train was also a relaxing and efficient way to travel in Spain. A true highlight was the tour of the Alhambra Palace in Granada, with its spectacular history and views. Sevilla was also wonderful, but hard to navigate as we visited during Semana Santa and several streets were closed (and there were crowds of thousands) for the holy processions. It was very special to get to see the processions, but not ideal for touring the city.
We ended our trip in Barcelona and loved a special group cooking class arranged by our tour operator, and also a day trip to Montserrat. It was my daughter's birthday and our travel agent and her team helped us book a dinner reservation at a wonderful restaurant to celebrate. They also helped us with a dinner reservation for one of our nights in Madrid.
All of our transportation between trains/hotels/airports and cities was excellent, with very nice drivers and luxury vehicles!
Thank you to all of the tour operator’s staff and service providers for making our trip so special. We highly recommend the company for your trip to Spain.

Our Spain travel agency arranged a wonderful two week trip for us. We visited Madrid, Toledo, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, Ronda, Granada, and Cordoba. We loved all the tours and activities planned and the tour guides in each city was very knowledgable and spoke great English. Everything went smoothly with train rides and transfers. We also rented a car and drove in the white hilly towns in Andalucia and was given a wireless wifi router for using google maps on our phones. From the start our agent listened to what we wanted and also made great suggestions. We had a phone conversation and he was very flexible and accommodating. We also wanted to see Barca play and there was a game when we were there and he got us excellent seats to the game. There was an issue with our Barcelona hotel with them doing renovations on our floor and I mentioned it to him and he fixed the issue right away and upgraded our hotel room in Granada to apologize for it which was very nice of him. We also met him in Madrid for a drink.
